Gets no part of the SEC and will get the best QB and WRs now until eternity. I guess I can’t blame him. And, of course, he gets to put beautiful Norman in his review mirror.
Used to be a pretty good place up a 26th & Wilshire, but I know they promised him John Wayne's table at The Arches.
True but does it really matter if you have 4M or 4.5M after taxes? I mean are you going to live your life any differently? Housing is much more but you can also look at that like an investment. I used to think the Mavs could get players instead of Lakers/Clippers because of taxes/housing. Never happened.
Sugar Land got a ton of them buying houses in New Territory. Never played for Rockets, and most were houses for their girlfriends, but there were about 20-25 down there.
Interesting, had there been any rumors floating about this lately? This is the first I've heard of it
A bit of the shine is off of Caleb. We shall see if he is really deserving of that big “S” on his chest.
Killer, Gary Gibbs is a quality human being and good guy. Product of Spring Branch HS. Schnellenberger is a piece of ****, who likely would be shot on sight in Norman. I shall give you this quote, provided to me face to face by a TV sports celebrity/commentator in the McCue Center in Charlottesville, VA. "John Blake is the stupidest son of a ***** to ever walk a sideline."
per ESPN: Oklahoma has targeted Arizona Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury as one of the potential replacements for Riley, league sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. LoL - I don't think so
I'm puzzled why Riley would leave what looks to be a pretty comfy position in Norman. Does he see an easier road at SC? Perhaps he's intrigued at the rebuild opportunity. Less competition in Pac 10? As someone said, tired of Norman? Is my answer in here somewhere?
It is odd to me, but maybe the glamour of Hollywood. However, if he succeeds at USU it will be rarified air and elite status among college coaches. The Kingsbury to OU rumor seems quite odd as well. He’s coaching the top ranked team in the NFC at the moment.
Linc gets what he HAD in Norman, the easiest route to the playoffs. SEC offers him a schedule of aTm, Texas, Arkansas every year along with rotating LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, & Florida. Much more difficult than beating Oregon and occasionally Stanford and/or Washington. He will pay California taxes unless he can get a tax shelter paid offshore or to a Nevada LLC that uses Mexican accounting.
