How many errors are in this next post? I have more if this isn't enough.

Let me guess. It seems like you are responding to yourself. Must mean the Husker is back for more self-abuse.

Okay, I'll admit that I could be wrong on this part. Do you have any evidence to back this up? Any of our lawyers want to help?

You are correct that the judge found contradicting laws in relation to whether he was carrying the gun legally or illegally. Ultimately, the judge claimed that nobody had accurately measured the length of the gun barrel thus when he met publicly with the prosecution and defense to determine the formal charges the prosecution agreed to drop this charge.

Even the judge admitted, he was in violation based on the reading of one statute but not based on a conflicting statute. The judge openly stated that WI Congress should address the conflict. Based on that the prosecutor decided to forego the charge.

I'd recommend looking to your significant other if you want attention THAT bad.

    1) You were wrong on the gun law as I was. Sometimes I bite on the MSM as well. Perhaps the MSM didn't know this.

    2) You also claim he injected himself into the situation. Other posts you've implied was that he looking for trouble. Video disproves that. Video shows he was with the group treating wounds. Things went south when he tried to stop them from burning down that gas station. The whole MSM narrative was a lie.

The kicker to all of this is that the people are going after the Ninjas for not wanting to turn over their private correspondence seem to be oblivious to the fact that Maricopa County has played a game of hide and seek with subpoenaed data since day 1.

Well I do contend Soto has diminished any faith in the intelligence of the members of the highest court in the land.

He WAS in violation of one of the laws and legal per another per the judge. I wasn't aware of the latter, nor I suspect were most people.

Yes, it was my opinion he injected himself into the situation. It's a bit absurd to think a 17yr old should be there holding an AR15 after the claimed government enforce curfew. It's also my opinion that he was looking for trouble, reinforced by his Facebook post 2 weeks prior to the incident that he'd like to shoot looters. The group he was with were protecting a building they were not invited to protect (dealership had all vehicles moved) and Rittenhouse in particular was dumb enough to operate independently. Even his friend was smart enough to remain on the roof of the building rather than putting himself feet from protesters. All of that is my opinion. None of that is a crime in and of itself and he was found innocent by a jury of his peers for killing 2 and maiming another. He's innocent and now a hero of the MAGA crowd because he "killed a lib" and got away with it. Some of the leaders of that crowd are MGT and Boebert so clearly intelligence, high moral standing or simply being a "good" person aren't required to be a MAGA-hero.

"Private correspondence" while completing a government initiated task. They were doing the work of the government, signed a contract with the Senate R's. Without that contract they can't see any data. By any definition they were an extension of the government specifically for the investigation. This is why 2 courts so far have unequivocally sided against them in their attempts to NOT share any correspondence. The Maricopa County Supervisors are equally at risk of having their correspondence subpoenaed under public transparency laws. Knock yourselves out.

Maybe you can point me to a legal case the County has lost that they continue to not share data. Then you have an apples to apples comparison. Absent that, you're comparing apples with Mars.

The story I read is that she hires shitlibs for law clerks that routinely pass along information learned by watching Rachel Maddow without any skepticism.

Like you're the determiner of who the moral or good people are. Lol. The kid was actually trying to be helpful. Using the court's insane logic here any business that subcontracts to the government like a construction company or a computer company can have their personal correspondence looked at with a FOIA request. Not really surprising the Maricopa judges wanted to stick it to the Ninjas who embarrassed the local government. In the long run it doesn't matter because the county will get what's coming to them.

Make your own judgements. Can I put you down as thinking Boebert and MGT are "good" people?

I get that's the narrative you want to believe and that's your right. His Facebook posts, white nationalist involvement belie your narrative.

"Insane logic"? They are doing government work. Outsourcing government work should not be a loophole to avoiding public transparency laws. I'm certain you'd agree with that if you hadn't gone all in on defending the AZ Audit.

Or the judges were following their interpretation of the law. As an aside..."county will get what's coming to them"...the AZ AG has had the investigation findings and reported criminal referrals for 4 months now. Given that Maricopa County has now responded with their own report I suspect that nothing will come from the AG.

In fact, this will be the most expensive partisan election investigation in history resulting in something GA did without the investigation, limit voting rights via legislation. Reading the tea leaves this is also why Cyber Ninjas is no more. Their founder was on record of saying "stolen election", got $6M to prove it for a single county and came up with nothing other than standard fare election confusion and process missteps.

LOL! Some Sovereign rights group in AZ (and MI) decided they'd draft their own letter to the National Archives that showed the electors were actually Republican, not Democrats and voted for Trump. Yes, that's a group that says they are independent of the State but feel they can speak for the state and in AZ's case use their seal to make it look official.

National Archives received forged letters from claiming Trump won, report says

    Craziness.

I'd like to think that we're big enough to distinguish between fraud protections of the stop ballot harvesting movement and the help elderly and disabled be able to vote. For example, have a reasonable limit on the number of ballots any one individual can return. There's a place for helping the elderly, disabled, etc. vote that is not fraud related.

This (Operative in North Carolina congressional race arrested in ‘ballot harvesting’ case) is not this (Trump submits vote-by-mail ballot in Florida) where Trump used a third party to facilitate his absentee ballot. I mean he is elderly and infirmed.

Just as in the Rittenhouse case in which you totally blew (among many others) you're spouting nonsense that won't age well. You would think that you would learn from past mistakes but you don't. You're so damn uninformed on every topic, get proven wrong in time, then move to the next topic as if all of your past transgressions never happened. I have never seen this level of delusion before from someone.

Just like nearly every claim you make about me you can't point to a direct quote. Try again.

The one time you tried you admitted that "it depends" actually applies to whether Rittenhouse was legally carrying a gun or not. "It depends" on which law is applied per the trial judge.

I suspect you are SOOOOOOOOO wrong on the AZ Audit that you'll continue to claim I was wrong on everything I've ever written on the West Mall simply to distract from how wrong you were. Of course, you won't be able to attribute any quotes to me while I have 69 pages of a thread to use show your pants are around your ankles for over a year, not that you'll acknowledge it.

Dude, the whole narrative that you had set up on Rittenhouse was completely wrong. There was several videos available that proved you were wrong but you went with it anyway. If you think you have owned me on anything you're more delusional than I thought.

How wrong I am? The investigation is still going on. Did you miss the part where Maricopa "archived" data off of a machine that was subpoenaed, which was illegal. If you're still buying into what Maricopa is selling you after the lies that I pointed out to you then I don't know what to tell you.

I've said very little about Rittenhouse on this thread....you keep bringing it up. I'm here to talk about the AZ Audit...which this thread was dedicated to before you felt the need for a distraction.

Yes, the team of Ninjas did claim this. Maricopa County responded to this claim. As to my knowledge there are no court cases pending to resolve this claim. Are you aware of any additional legal pursuits of this information by the Ninjas?

Other than these transparency requests, the only remaining potential major litigation is the AG's response which so far they've been silent for 4 months which is curious because the AZ AG has openly sided with Karen Fann and her co-conspirators and is running for Governor. He has the Ninja report on a platter to begin criminal charges if the Ninja report is more accurate than the Maricopa response. If the latter, then that might explain why the AG's office has been so quiet. Don't want to pursue a case that would leave the AG covered in egg walking into an election.

LOL! Do I need to give a lecture on the purpose of commas and how they should be interpreted by the reader? The only thing incorrect in that statement is the "illegally purchased". Now we know that it wasn't his gun but rather his fathers or friend. He illegally carried, depending on which statute you read. He crossed state lines to interject himself into the volatile situation which I never claimed was "illegal" thus the comma representing and/or. I get that his Dad lives in Kenosha but he lived with his mom...attended school in Illinois. His friend picked him up in Illinois earlier that day for their evening jaunt in Kenosha, past the stated public curfew which violating a curfew is illegal though Kenosha didn't have an interest in enforcing it for the protesters or counter-protesters. You think that's responsible parenting? If so, we have different opinions on parenting but please continue to tell me how I'm wrong about Rittenhouse on a thread about the AZ audit. I'll just keep pointing to your attempt to distract.

Andrew Jackson and David Boren are the only two motherscratchers that irritated my conservative Creek Indian father more than Teddy K. He grew up in Bowlegs - 7 miles south of Boren's hometown of Seminole. :)

OK. I'll play. Are you saying Rittenhouse didn't travel across state lines at any point in the days leading up to and including the night he killed 2 individuals and maimed another?
