Does Bowelsby's comment mean we are not allowed to take to the streets when he is finally fired?

“Our host institutions have a duty to ensure an environment that provides the visiting team and game officials a safe exit from the court,” said Commissioner Bob Bowlsby. “In this instance, execution of the University’s court storming plan did not adequately provide the protections necessary to safe-guard visiting team personnel.”

Now they're being petty. I saw the end of that game. Both Kansas and the officials easily exited the court with little to no impediment. The Texas players however hung out with all the students while celebrating. I think CDC should have $25k in pennies dumped on Bowelsby's lawn as payment.

So what was the difference in the court storming at the ISU game vs OSU? Did they get fined?

Fairy tales. Why no mention of the "meeting" between Meyer and Aggie BMDs? Current SMU alums allege that they drove the car to Sealy to give him after they put two suitcases in backseat. If every SMU "luggage" story was true, Dickerson would have made more money off that car than he ever made in the NFL

Yep. Mike Leach ran a pretty trashy organization there by all account. He gets lots of gas huffing here for his amusing whippings on ATM, but I never cared for him.

When he would lose to Texas which was often, he'd whine, and when he (rarely) won, he was petty about it.

I like your suggested payment modality. I have 50 cents in pennies I will donate. Might be able to scrape together a few more if I look under the couch cushions.

I would rather buy a bunch of copper from Freeport McMoran and print our own "coins" with a Longhorn on one side and the Tower on the other, then have about two tons of those dumped in his office.

As a Cowboys and Longhorn fan, I revel in it. Love the "I hate Jerry" posts on here. I don't actually like him, but the owner isn't the team. I have a land thief friend who hated Sam of all people. And they had Baker lol "He just seems so cocky!" smh

    X,

Splain to him how and why they got Baker, and see what he says.

I was born and raised in Dallas. Lifelong Cowboys fan - even went to a couple of games at the Cotton Bowl. I reveled in the Superbowl victories in the early 90's. Jerry decided that those were all about him. How many coaches have we been through since the last Superbowl? And how much is a parking spot at JerryWorld? He is about marketing and football is incidental. He has lost me.

    Creaky,

I haven't been back in almost a decade but have two friends that purchased a suite. One of them refuses to go to games. He said that it cost him over $2,000 for four people for one game. I remember what seemed like a quarter ounce of scotch for a drink. He was ordering 4-5 shots for one glass to taste the alcohol. Seems like parking was $50-75 per vehicle

Top reasons for not liking the Cowboys

1a) Clint Murchison is no longer the owner
    1b) Jerry Jones
    2) Tom Landry isn't the coach
    3) Jerry Jones
    4) Gil Brandt isn't the GM
    5) Jerry Jones
    6) Tex Schram isn't on payroll
    7) Jerry Jones
    8) The class, creativity, and integrity brought by Clint Murchison as owner has disappeared
    9) Jerry Jones
    10) The stupidity in overpaying players and overcharging fans.

I find I cannot disagree with any of those, although I have to admit I did enjoy the Jimmy Johnson years (with the triplets).

Yeah, for me, he isn't the Cowboys. he's the owner. the Cowboys were before him, and they'll be after him. They've drafted extremely well with McClay these last few years. I like almost all of the players. I don't blame Dak, but he's not back from his injury. They haven't won.

But like Sabre said, if I was a suite guy, I might have more resentment. I'm not a suite guy. I'm not a season ticket guy. I'm the same guy I was on the couch of my parents house growing up in the 70s watching them on TV. I'm the same guy I was when my new wife was sitting on my parents house in the 90s screaming "Go Baby!" as Emmitt carried the team with a dislocated shoulder against the Giants to win the division. I'm just a guy. And the Cowboys are my (NFL) team, win or lose.

Same with the Horns. Even when they suck. Or have a weaselly head coach.
