    I'm sorry...who ARE you?

After all, clearly the airline did not know...why didn't you pull your DYKWIA card?

He is an owner and Captian of the airline. Quite disappointing. X Misn Tx even bragged on HIC's BBQ ability.

Hope you can - it was a terrific tailgate. You and Sabrehorn were missed - and you would have enjoyed it a bunch.

Almost forgot... I'm a car guy. So I naturally noticed when I walked MB227 to her car Fri after the tailgate... it was kinda dark but she was in a very handsome, badass, black 2 door Jag that was throaty and growling... didnt confirm but prolly F type.

<Austin Powers> Vegas has been good to her baby, Yeah! <Austin Powers>

Yes...it is a '16 F-Type V6S...manual BTW. Purchased in late 2017 and they flat bedded it from Shreveport. Beat me up on the deal too...they insisted on more than $30K off of MSRP.

You can probably sell it for five figures over what you paid for it.

MB, from experience, when you run over something in the road that tears out the bottom of that engine, do not let them fix it - insist on a new engine or a total.

Mb227, I hope you let that Jag breathe REAL deep on I-45 during the way back to Houston area....

    I would.

Not likely...for a handful of reasons.

    1) Then I would not have this one to play with
    2) I bought it to drive, not be a garage queen...it has about 76K miles on it
    3) Do you know what a challenge it is to find fun cars with three pedals?

I don't know what sort of an impression I made...I will have you know I ALWAYS abide by the posted speed limits...

...at least until I get to 3rd gear.

Yikes. I have thus far managed to avoid doing anything like that...but duly noted.

Is there a story about this I missed at the jag board?

It happened to my son and me.

Which again, begs the question about jag forums. This would be of interest to ALL of the F-Type community, no matter whether they have the supercharged V6 or any of the V8 options (which I eschewed due to the lack of a manual transmission).

I can make that barring a funeral service.

The wife and I will be there on the 23rd. Driving down Friday afternoon for the baseball game against Baylor (Bailor).

You could still make it...it would just have a moment of being a wake without the guest of honor, after which it returns to being a HornFans get-together.

Other than HornFans, I stay away from internet Forums. You know everything on HornFans is the truth. Not so much for the remainder of the internet.

Easy to do as a guest at a funeral.
It's a little harder to pull off as the funeral director.

You forget...I know to avoid being in such things as it then allows plausible deniability if something goes awry.

"I wasn't there...look- you even had a group photo of participants- I'm not in there. Oh, and by the way...go check the receipts and see if you find something with my name on it..."

Every now and then the professional bleeds into the social...
