Don't go to court, but do file suit. Remember, filing is the beginning, not the end. Everything they claim to be doing will have to be done again in litigation.

Do you really think a presidency is going to be overturned in court? All I care about here is the truth and to stop fraud for the future.

I see Nye County (NV) is voting 5-0 to ditch Dominion and go to a hand-count.

What does Trump filing or not filing have to do with the truth of the AZ case. He has zero to do with it.

Put me in the pro voter ID and pro hand count camp. Does that come with a Trump and Gadsden flag?

I think your pro voter ID and pro hand count put you at odds with your party. I can buy you a Trump Flag.

No, but it is a good first step in the right direction.

I think hand count is better for everyone. Keeps nutjobs from going all Q on you unless you start bringing in a bamboo sniffing dog to smell for Chinese ballots.

ID is not the hill to die on. I can smell both pots of chili. I think both parties need to work to the middle. Voter ID could be a great olive branch.

I've thought about getting a don't tread on me flag for home security purposes. :)

Trump or whoever, though I'm not sure why Trump wouldn't be a plaintiff to the case. He certainly has been damaged the most. If the case is strong, waiting makes the least sense. If the case is weak, waiting makes good sense.

After J6 I think the movement to get Trump back in ended. There's still some decertify talk but unless the SCOTUS makes new law that's dead.

A lot of conservatives also thought the military was going to save us from the fraud. Have you seen the modern military? lol

Coach, you're not as weird as you might assume. When I worked for the Texas Legislature (1997-1999), there were Democratic members who supported voter ID and plenty were receptive. They were a minority of the party, but they did exist. It wasn't anywhere near as partisan of an issue as it is now.

I don't think a court can reinstate Trump, but a legal finding that he was cheated out of the presidency would be a game changer. For starters, there'd be massive pressure for Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia to do the same kind of investigations. You'd also see real momentum to secure voting and vote-counting across the board. Finally, the J6 rioters would be seen as heroes rather than villains. It would make a big of difference.

Well, one particular conservative here thought that. I don't know many others who did. As for the modern military, don't necessarily buy the politically correct pansy image the Pentagon's PR people are putting out there. I am around these people every day. There are woke idiots at the Pentagon who want something to brag about to civilians and academics at cocktail parties, but the people who are at a real risk of taking a bullet for our freedom aren't like that. They're disproportionately southern and rural. Not many man-bunned, murse-carrying hipsters from big cities are joining the military. Even the northerners and Californians who join don't fit that mold.

We had forensic audits lined up ready to go but Lindell and his hack stat guy told the states that forensic audits aren't necessary but just do canvassing.

Personally, I wouldn't let judges determine what's reality for me. Their computer knowledge and their knowledge of forensic auditing isn't as good as mine. Not bragging, just stating facts.

Understandable if you've personally seen all of the evidence and all controverting evidence, if any. What's good about a court proceeding is that it's open and adversarial. Both sides can scrutinize evidence and make their arguments, so it's a lot harder for someone to claim they're getting screwed or ignored.

If the judge is uninformed and/or a leftist justice will probably not prevail. Sorry, but I won't let these people define my reality. Not necessarily talking about this case but in general.

I understand the sentiment, but if you're a member of the public who isn't an expert on this and hasn't seen and cannot see everything, what are you supposed to do? All you hear are politically and/or financially motivated actors on both sides who say "trust us. We know what happened." An actual, unanimous finding by a jury that truly sees everything in its totality, hears all the explanations, and makes a decision would be pretty helpful.

We can also get a judge like the one that sealed a report from a computer expert who detailed the vulnerability of the Dominion machines as I showed above. Yes, as you stated there is the possibility of good happening but the possibility of bad as well.

    I wouldn't be deferential to a judgment that (1) didn't reach the merits and (2) didn't empanel a jury.

I think that's reasonable. I wouldn't even laugh at a multiple judge panel. Our post fact society will be the death of us. It may have already taken place and we're just bleeding out internally and don't know it.

Just the preliminary report. The AZ AG says there was election fraud. Unfortunately, he says it may take a considerable time to sort it all out. The AG mostly talks about how poorly ran the election was.

The Deep State probably rigged the election with the help of corporate media. Sure. But they should be absolutely trusted on foreign policy. They would never lie or cheat about that.
