I think this has been said before. If the FBI can track 700 folks at the capitol with this, I think you can track a ballot mule.

Not surprisingly, D'Souza avoids some subtleties--he avoids saying how (in)accurate anonymized cell phone location data is (other than to impugn "academics") AND the difference in size between the Capitol building's footprint (175,000 square feet--about four acres) and a ballot box. Furthermore, we don't need to torture the data much at all to know that the QAnon Shaman was in the Capitol on January 6.

If D'Souza has evidence of a crime he should take that data to law enforcement.

So True the Vote used the same system and shows the same phone at multiple drop box locations
AND gov't vids of the same people dropping off multiple ballots at many different locations including many who did it between 1 am and 4am. Are you saying the vids weren't accurate?
How do you explain away Gov't vids showing the same person at multiple drop boxes shoving in multiple ballots at different locations in same county.
why?? Any absentee ballot can be dropped at ANY drop box in the county.

Don't forget many of them were taking pictures of the ballots and wearing gloves.

I guess the drive by poster didn't realize there are Gov't cameras with vids showing the people whose cell phones were tracked to drop boxes,
Vids of the people Dropping ballots into drop boxes in many locations.
Can't wait to see if the poster tries to deny the Gov't vids

Exactly. It's not like True The Vote decided to look at videos randomly. They asked for them when the phones were tracked to the locations. THE TRACKING WAS ACCURATE!

True the Vote was turned down several times by different counties who refused to turn over the gov't vids of drop boxes.
Wonder why. You would think they would want to be transparent and show no illegal activity.

And I've seen conservative posters here point out that these cameras don't show much. But, whatever.

    Also, what's wrong with teachers?

Are you on a diesel refill/rest break at the choke and puke on I-20 and switching between youporn and hornfans on your chromebook?

See how that's kind of ******?

True the Vote (2000 Mules uses TTV's data) has:

    1) Anonymous cell phone geolocation data collected over a nearly 100-day period. In Georgia, out of over 1 million cellphones, 279 made 5 trips near unidentified "non-profits" plus 10 trips near ballot boxes in this time period. There is zero way to prove the folks carrying these cell phones were anything more than near the non-profits and the ballot boxes. Were these ballot harvesters or something worse? Gasp! They might have even been delivery drivers, rideshare drivers, employees, library patrons, maybe even folks walking their dogs.

    Separately, TTV/2000 Mules has

    2) "Suspicious" video of ballots being deposited in ballot boxes.

What's missing? Any connection between 1 and 2.

Is the cell phone data connected to the video? Nope. Is there video of the same "mule" making multiple drops on the same day or night? Nope.

Was using a drop box legal? Yes.

Was using a drop box at 1:00 a.m. legal? Yes.

Was delivering more than one ballot legal? Yes!

Did people wear masks and gloves during the winter and pandemic? Yes!

Do people take pictures of themselves doing things like voting? Yes!

Post videos you find convincing and we can walk through the content.

Beyond the difficulty in acquiring official absentee ballots (the process isn't trivial), identification information to complete the ballot, signatures (that were subsequently verfied), and official envelopes, we need to ask why someone sophisticated enough to complete these initial steps wouldn't just drop the ballot in the freaking mail using the supplied prepaid envelope.

If D'Souza has evidence of a crime he should take that data to law enforcement.

Yep. People take pictures of themselves all the time while holding a bunch of ballots while at the ballot drop-off.

this thread is akin to an argument about whether dog zhit or rat zhit is of greater nutritional value. Biden sucks and so does Trump. When both are out of the picture there is an outside chance someone half decent will emerge. Outside chance. Half decent.

Yes, for doing what about every politician does in this country. Btw, he's not the one who put this together. True the Vote did.

Yes, and everyone there is holding just one ballot. We've seen the ones released from True the Vote where people are holding several. On top of that they are taking pictures of the ballots more than themselves at times.

Delivering several ballots at several different locations. Not legal.

Many of these mules were involved in the riots of 2020. They aren't caretakers.

However, I've seen this before. 2000 Mules will inevitably make a few mistakes where the person was dropping off ballots from a few nursing homes and the media will use this to discredit what was going on despite all of the other good evidence there.

Conclusive evidence that this happened? Zero. Nothing beyond the aforementioned anonymous cell phone geolocation data.

I could, completely legally in Georgia, deliver two ballots for my parents, pick up four more ballots for my Grandparents and deliver them to another dropbox, then I could stop at my house and pick up ballots for my roommates and deliver them. I'd need a snack before I went to my in-laws, picked up and delivered their ballots. I might along the way take a selfie of the ballots each time I dropped them off to send to the voters to assure them that I delivered their ballots.

Sorry, Dinesh totally caught us, because we were just too damn stupid to drop our trafficked ballots in a ******* mailbox. I mean, what were we thinking? Sincerely, --The Deep State

No roommates as far as I know. It has to be close relatives. You said the magical word: Georgia. Many of the other states are not as lenient as Georgia's rules and this was occurring in other battleground states. Even in Georgia I'm sure these 2020 rioters were not being good Samaritans for all of their relatives. Common sense just doesn't seem to be so common anymore.

The same geolocation data that gave them enough info to ask for videos that turned out to be correct in the 1st place.

True the Vote has a mule that has come forward and said that he trafficked 4500 ballots during the 2020 election and the Georgia Senate runoffs. He made $10 a ballot for a cool $45,000. Where do I go to get this job? lol

I eagerly await this mule testifying in court under oath. If True The Vote (or D'Souza) has evidence of a crime, they should take it to law enforcement.

The Georgia statute: "...delivery may be made by the elector's mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle, brother, sister, spouse, son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, or an individual residing in the household of such elector. The absentee ballot of a disabled elector may be mailed or delivered by the caregiver of such disabled elector, regardless of whether such caregiver resides in such disabled elector's household. The absentee ballot of an elector who is in custody in a jail or other detention facility may be mailed or delivered by any employee of such jail or facility having custody of such elector."

I've looked at Georgia most closely because that's one place where True The Vote actually took their data to law enforcement (the Georgia Bureau of Investigation). GBI looked at the data and found that "the data, while curious, does not rise to the level of probable cause that a crime has been committed."

I always laugh when people say "If there is so much election fraud how come nobody has been arrested?"

For the same reasons why nobody gets arrested for picketing Supreme Court justices or FBI agents who are still free as a bird after trying to commit a coup against Trump. It is what it is.
