Can’t find at HEB, CVS or the other usual places. Quick Inet look up revealed subscription based service. I guess the days of walking out of a store with it in your hands are gone? Usually pick one up in June.

They had a production delay because they couldn't get the paper to print it.
It's supposed to start showing up in stores in the next week or so.

Save your money. It and Texas Monthly are best utilized in the little wooden house up on the hill.

Dave Campbell's has, sadly, become a very outdated dinosaur thanks to the multitude of up to the minute online information sources.

Nostalgia is about the only legitimate reason to continue to purchase it.

It is a great Texas institution.

As a current-day source of college football information, it’s of minimal value.

But, it’s still a good source of high school football info. And, it’s also still great as a real hard-copy publication that you could see your friends, co-players, self, kids, friends’ kids, neighbor’s kids, co-worker’s kids, etc. show up in print (and not have anything to do with a robbery or something…).

It’s available at our HEBs here in Temple. Will be buying it this week. I’m a print gal - always have been, always will be.

go to the website and there is an explanation why some areas got it on time and the rest of us have had to wait varying times. Had to do with availability of good paper. Showed up in Corpus today.

Print guy. Have every DCTF back to 1965.

Got mine at an Albertsons in McKinney last week. Agree college coverage is mediocre.

    Do like HS coverage.

Got my copy @ Walgreen's on Bandera @ Prue in S.A. I've been reading DCTF since mid-late 60's. I'm well aware of its deficiencies, but it gives concise state-wide info about HS football that I haven't found elsewhere. True, it's a nostalgia piece, but I still plunked down $12.96 for fonts &
s#¡++¥ print impossible to read with my presbyopia, cataracts & macular degeneration. But it's the principle...(if I were aggy, I'd call it tradition). I'm an old geezer so it's my duty this time of year to scout out DCTF & buy it. Now git them durned kids off my grass.

I browsed through the UT article while waiting to pay for my groceries. There was a little tan box on our page that predicted we will upset Bama!
