I often get the sense that our opponent plays hungry and we do not

    You know what I mean

Some things never seem to change...same old negativity when things don't go our way and we lose. I am sorry we lost the football game today and feel badly for everyone involved. I am looking forward to next week's West Virginia home game and the remainder of the season. There is still a lot of football left to play this season and I am going to support the team. Hook 'em!

for Ewers sake, we better hope he isn't ready. This OL will get him killed.

I disagree with team quit posts … they fought to OT … my criticism falls at D coordinator … good grief.

No killer instinct for a while now. But when the Horns got the ball at the beginning of the second half at their own 40 and did absolutely nothing, that is where the game was lost. A good team puts the other team away right there. How freaking disappointing.

And once again, my Saturdays are freed up for the rest of the year. Thanks, Sark. USC dodged a bullet with you. Cheers.

We all support the team but the facts are the facts and it has been 13 years of the same thing that played out today. Sarks sample size is growing and not encouraging at this point. Who knows, maybe they will reel off eight straight wins ( your saying we’ve got a chance)and I’ll hit the lottery.

The Big 12 still belongs to OU, maybe Baylor. Possibly Ok State but Gundy's teams don’t have the instinct to finish. It's depressing how Texas has become a nobody in the college football landscape and there still does not appear to be a resurgence on the horizon. f**k.

While the offense was a disappointment and clearly we cannot run “when we need to run,” when Tech can methodically march down the field unimpeded for 17 play drives, it’s tough to expect a win.

I also believe that Sark was not very good today.

Last year at this time we were 3-1, headed to 4-1. Uh oh.

in all fairness, it was a total team effort, bad offense, bad defense, and poor coaching

Sark's play calling was atrocious in 2nd half as well. Not sure Why Pete has Ford playing man again #1 on 3rd and long. So stupid. He should get fired for that play alone. Ford can't run.

Yeah, was thinking same thing. That was probably our easiest conf game.

With the exception of the kick off out of bounds, special teams played well.

Texas will never be back until they can get off the field on 3rd down (and 4th down if it's Tech).

All of a sudden, I feel much better. I just visited surly horns. My goodness. Losing a football game hurts. But I will never wish that any of your mothers is the victim of a sexual assault because we disagree. That place is a septic tank.

I don''t give a **** now. We didn't just lose. Sark quits at half with a lead. No ingenuity, nothing changes. Just run on 1st, run on 2nd, pass on 3rd. Or out of your end zone instead of finding holes over the middle in the zone throwing bombs. Sark is Dr. Jeckle and Mr Hyde. Good 1st half coach, terrible coach with a lead. He's the #1 problem. They played to win, we played not to lose. Just like last year I'll be fishing saturdays except for the TCU game as I already bought tickets. I'm 62 years old and too old to waste time watching this sorry piece of crap. I just don't care anymore. Go Mavs. BBall will be here soon enough. So tired of the Cowboys sucking and the Horns sucking. There are better things to do than this. I'd be fishing today but it's too damn hot. Call me a ****** fan, I don't care. I got 15-20 years left and maybe 10-15 of my body being able to go to the lake. Every year I get excited thinking this is the year we'll finally break out. Never happens.

I think the OL play should not be a surprise. We were horrible last year and were hoping the recruits could plug some holes. Well, they're what? 18 - 19 years old? It's gonna' take time. Again.

    Trust the process?

I wonder if during the rest of the season that maybe it's best to be losing at halftime. Then perhaps Sark will actually attack a defense with piss and vinegar instead of playing not to lose.

I felt the same exact way after the OU debacle last year. I sat there saying that was their chance and now I may never get that chance again at my age. But alas the Alabama game gave some blind hope and they hurt our QB!
