Baylor has a way of being the beneficiary of uncalled or called-against their opponent calls. Plus they always play Texas tough.

    Texas 24
    Baylor 23

If the game was in Waco, Baylor would win.

    Yep.

    J. Whit
    Sanders
    Worthy
Both Robinsons catching wheel routes and passes in the flats

These are what will keep the chains moving.

We also could end up with a lot of field goals. They'll REALLY stack the box down near the goalline.

Defense plays well and sets the tone. BR does the rest, Brooks should contribute!

In Vegas this week, so no desktop keyboard...that means no big analytics post.

Line was Texas -7 when I arrived with o/u of 55. By Tuesday when I went to place bets, it had moved to 8 and 56.

Not going to lie...I took the points but also the over. Short week and tryptophan make for sloppy games. BUT...I still expect Texas to win and earn a rematch with the cockroaches. This requires me to have faith in Rock Chalk but I still put money down at +900 to win the conference championship game.

    I digress...

As schizophrenic as some of the schools have been...why not. And it gives me motive to listen to games on the drive home...

I hope we see some creative play calling in the rain...given the difficulties playing man coverage in those conditions. Sometimes smaller, shifty receivers are very difficult to cover on a wet field. Zone coverages can work great when it’s windy and wet. I think we turned a corner last week but Baylor has a good defense..especially the line. Expect a tough, low score. Texas 28 Baylor 24

Will be at the game in the rain bringing my good luck. Defense is legit and run game goes off. I hope Ewers shows some progress and doesn’t need the training wheels this week.

So you think KU is going to pull the upset for you to put money down on Texas to make the Championship game? I wish I had your faith.

I think the game will be close early and we start to pull away in the second half. We will all be on pins and needles for the KU vs KSU game until the end of the 1st quarter of that game when it will already be out of reach for KU.

    Texas - 34

    Baylor - 24

As crazy as Big12 has been this year...yes.

Of course, if Texas doesn't take care of business today, then it won't matter much what happens in the other game.

Had QE not given them nine points, my guess would have looked really good.

    EDIT: eight points

    WorsterMan SEC here we come!!

Nobody nailed it, but a couple of you were 3-4 points close to the final score.

If not for the 10 points the offense handed to Baylor, I think I would have had the best prediction.
