Chop, not cool. One of those pictured above is slaving away in a Russian Siberian prison camp. Unfortunately, this calamity should have been reserved for the other one pictured above.

Herman looks in great shape and much healthier. Wouldn't be surprised to see him have good success at FAU and step back into a bigger role in P5 school. Texas just wasn't the right fit at the right time for him. I don't envy the choice he had to make during the wokeness movement. Many of us think it is easy to put your foot down and demand these 18-22 yo kids fall in line but that's just not how it works today. Hence the fact we are paying millions each year to multiple players on NIL. Different times.

Tom H. is a good offensive mind. He could win a lot of games at Fl. Atlantic.

He was in way over his head at UT.

My wife laughed when this was announced and I told her I thought he will probably win 10 games a year there. Low stress compared to UT, low expectations and weak competition. I never thought Hermie was a bad coach, he was just too self centered and didn't really care about anyone else's opinion...and of course very divisive when things got tough. At FAU he's smart enough to do it by himself with his trusty rusty binder.

Brohm leaving Purdue to go home to his alma mater- Louisville. As a season ticket holder for Purdue (my son is in the band there), I have had a blast attending games the last 2 years when we aren't spending our weekends at games in Austin. This is going to be an interesting search for a replacement. I think Purdue is a decent program on the rise and hell they just played in the B10 championship.

I think Arkansas should have upped the ante and kept Odom.
Missouri never should have fired him.
    Odom is a good coach.
I bet he ultimately lands in greener pastures than UNLV.
Any school looking for a solid program builder should give Odom a look.
(I guess that's what UNLV did, but Odom could do better than UNLV...)

I thought Garrett had already said, "thanks but no thanks"

Stanford has some serious problems in their academic administration, and it is spilling over into athletic fund raising. Some large checkbooks have been closed.

Ken Nuimatalolo is out as Navy’s head coach. An assistant is filling in as an interim HC for now. I’d expect Annapolis to search for an option offense coach, maybe from the small colleges.

Is Gladchuk still the AD? If so, don't look for any quality coach to consider the job. He probably promised the temp guy the job but will pull that promise when he finds someone else - wouldn't be his first time to do that. Word gets around.

Gladchuk (formerly of UH) is still the guy at Annapolis.

I’d think either an option coach from a smaller program, or a spread offense coach might do ok. It needs to be an offensive guru.

So did you cross off Gladchuk from your Christmas card list?

I wouldn't waste the spit to seal the envelop on that lying, chicken ****, son of a *****. Him selling us seats that he had sold to two other buyers at Jeppesen Stadium was a minor detail. He gets his *** hanging out the window and makes promises to coaches to try to save his sorry ***, then he shits on them.

Yes, he as at the top of my list of people that won't be at my family's gathering Christmas Day.
