Caleb is a punk. But made nutty plays. Some Texas game plays from last year.

First cloudy start to a Rose bowl I’ve ever seen. Guess the Atmospheric River or whatever is still hanging around.

VY never would have considered the fingernail BS..
Mack would not have allowed it. How Riley let that go on is beyond belief.

Caleb is a child.. all the showboating USC did leads me to believe Lincoln Riley is a poor leader.

Texas would have fired him long ago. His record for the last 7 years from ‘16 to “22 is
4-8, 5-7, 7-6, 7-6, 6-6, 2-10 and finally 11-2 with a bowl win over SC and I doubt if any Tulane players would make the the SC roster.

Texas fans will call for your head for a 500 record after two years. GA Tech made a run at Willie and Tulane fought them off. He just took Tulane to their first major bowl in 84 years and I think won a coach of the year honor.

I just got back from the game. Didn't really want to go but my son was given tickets and wanted to spend time with him. Man was that fun. USC never punted and never missed on 4th down. And still lost. Caleb threw one pic where he just didn't see the safety, they missed a long FG, and the safety. Only stops all game. When Tulane got the safety I thought for sure they'd score and than SC gets the sack on the first play. They should have run a draw because SC had the tackles wide the the ends wider than that. There was nobody between the guards and one LB. But Tulane converts from 2nd and 22, gets the long pass play and then the improbable TD. Watching the Tulane fans go nuts was so much fun. They had a good turnout and they were partying hard. It was so much stinking fun to watch SC go down to Tulane. SC fans were stunned.

RG III spent the entire game promoting the greatness of Caleb Williams and when things were going south for SC he blamed the poor performance of the SC defense. No credit to players for Tulane.
I will never understand how announcers can create a sh-t show for one team and totally ignore the coach and players of the other team. The love fest for Williams today might have been the worst I have seen.

I think we may have seen a Bills player die on MNF. He made a tackle, got up, took a step, and then just dropped like a rock. They have been performing CPR on him for 10 minutes now in the middle of the field.

Been through one of these with HS player when my daughter was n HS. Kid was normal when he came off the field, then suddenly collapsed. Fortunately, the referee was an RN/BSN surgical nurse; HL was an MD psychiatrist; orthopedic surgeon in the stands. They lost the kid EIGHT times on the field. I called Jim Duke and told him I needed the bird NOW. He asked if I had called John, and I said as soon as you hang up. I called John Jones and told him Jim was sending the bird and we needed him at Herman. John met me outside the ER, took me to a corner away from everyone, and said, " I want you prepared. We save maybe 1 in a hundred of these, and maybe one in a thousand walk away normal. I'll see you in a few hours." About 345 John resurfaced and told me he had done all he could, now I needed to get everyone to pray. That was 345 Saturday morning.

I went to Hermann ICU Sunday night expecting the kid to be unconscious with lots of wires and tubes. What I found was a kid out of bed, sitting in a chair watching NFL football. He went home that Wednesday and back to school a week later. Never a problem since. People, PRAYER WORKS!

No official announcement yet, but it looks like the game is over for tonight. All anybody wants is to know that the player is okay. . . . . official now--game suspended for tonight.

Tulane here illustrates why a 12 team playoff might be a good thing.

But Vince-like numbers without the rushing aren't Vince-like numbers.
