19 - 0 ranked #3. That was an exciting game last night against Arkansas.. The Hogs have got a much better team today than when LSU played them at home. It will be interesting to see what they do against TN & SC. They sure got hot with those 3-bombs last night.
This topic better fits the 2022-2023 Non Big 12 thread. Not sure why we need a special post singing her praises. LSU has managed to avoid a major injury bug and I’d put our team at full strength up against that one any day. Angel Reese continues to prove my opinion that she was the biggest “get” in the portal at the time. Eff the Seahag!
You are correct about Angel Reese. Currently, Reese is ranked 5th in the nation in scoring (24 ppg) and 2nd in the nation in rebounds (15 rbs per game). Other stats of interest for Reese this season; 57% shooting; 47 assists, 35 steals, and 28 blocks. Reese is only a sophomore so we'll likely have to face her when we move to the SEC.

You can talk about Mulkey all you want but she can flat out coach. Yes she got Reese out of the portal but look what she did with the team last year. I can't get into calling coaches and teams names and all of that. That's so childish to me. I'm just hear to talk about basketball. Love her or loathe her she ran the table on us time and time again. Can't wait to see Coach Vic and her in the SEC. Mulkey just entered the SEC and is already making noise.
