I think shenanigans are definitely involved with cahoots.

UNTIL...it escapes containment and finds either newer cars OR the strip clubs.

Marvelous; how many of these crap deals do we have to go through before people learn that they are not fiscally reasonable and don't work - see also the wonderous bio-fuels plants.

Those plastic bottles can be reduced back to oil, carbon black, and methane gas, BUT it has to be done below below 500 degrees F. The wax on the bottles with gum up the process unless something is added to the feedstock like tires; then you need 85-90% tires to 10-15% bottles.

Only one process in the world has done this successfuly - successful as in both environmentally and fiscally.

I didn’t know this but Dr Seuss did some WWII art to help soldiers avoid traps.

    Snake Bridge
Macclesfield Canal at Astbury Congleton, England

This is a form of roving bridge (aka changeline bridge, turnover bridge, snake bridge) — it allows a horse towing a boat along the path to cross the canal when the tow path changes to the other side of the canal. A clever bit of engineering.

    snake-bridge.jpg

Changing towpaths without unhitching the tow line:
    1. Failure to consider the issue
    2. Tow line passing through a slot
    3. Running the path under the bridge
    4. Using a dedicated roving bridge
