Since Beard was so happy to help ACU with their game plan when ACU took us out in the first round of Shaka's last year, does anyone think the toothpaste coach has given Beard a call yet? I mean, if I were Beard I may have already reached out to the guy seeing if he needs some tips.
Colgate's gonna give us trouble from 3. We'll still win, but people won't like that it's like a 66-60 kind of game. A&M will hang with us for a half and then we'll run away from them late. We'll probably lock down Radford and just let Taylor go wild. Taylor might score 30 but we'll win 72-60. I feel the opposite about Xavier than I do A&M. I think we'll build a strong lead and then they'll chip away at it and give us those 5-minute stretches without scoring. Right now I think we win by like 5 against them but I wouldn't put it past this team to lose. If Sasser is really hurt, they won't get past Auburn or Iowa in the 2nd round. But pretending UH does make it to the Elite 8, and Sasser is healthy, we'd probably lose to them in KC. Walker is too much for any of our forwards to handle. Pretending that we fight off UH (or whoever replaces them, probably IU), then we'd hit the West region champ. That's by far the hardest one to predict. Could be UConn? UCLA? KU? Zags? Hell I could see TCU or Boise playing well enough to get out of it. Don't even want to pretend how we'd fare there.

One of those is me who thought aggy got shafted by the committee and was much better than they are. Well, I was wrong and I think we beat PSU assuming we don't play where's Bevo for 6-7 minutes like we did a few times this season.
All we really have to do is limit Funk's 3-point touches and the game will be close enough. I even think Arterio Morris would be a good "hack-a-Funk" and play some gritty man ball to keep him from getting the ball. I also don't think they understand how athletic Bishop and Disu are.
