If global warming was an obvious threat, why are all climate and Econ models full of chicanery to show results?

It was done for precisely this reason. Another thing they did was put Veterans in the DEI pool so that they could appear to be patriotic with their DEI crap.

And while we're haggling over climate change and even phonier crises like gender ideology and race discrimination, a real crisis is threatening the world.

This seems like nothing but a revenue generator to me. And don't the idoit politicians know that MPG actually drops significantly under 40 mph?? Would be good way to increase gas usage and pollution. If pedestrians are getting hit by cars going 30 mph then maybe it's the pedestrians fault?:idk:

I have seen too many folks use neighborhoods as shortcuts to get around bottlenecks. Likely due to GPS and other traffic apps. Funny the article doesn’t mention the causes for this bill. The short cutters typically drive way over 25 mph. Going to 20 mph speed limit allows cops to better identify these ********.

If you're using something like Waze to navigate, it will often route you through neighborhoods to avoid bottlenecks or accidents.

Hydroelectric power is an excellent source, where the geography makes it possible. Disgrunted kayakers and trout fishermen may have to be pushed aside for the greater good.

Say, it's pretty cold for late April in much of Texas...

    Just saying...

Yeah, but just think how much colder it would be without global warming. :puke:
