I've spent time in over 50 production facilities over the last 20+ years and at least half of them don't run a production line every day because they can't get enough people. And some of these jobs are 30+/hr union jobs where all the worker has to do is stand next to a machine and push a few buttons. Yet, the HR depts. would go out into the local areas and do everything but drag people to work and still couldn't get the ones sitting on the front porch all day to come a do a simple job.

Yet, every Asian and Middle Eastern employee came to work every day, went to class at night (or vice-versa), got a degree and went on to much better things. Usually much better things than most white people.

 

Not that we didn't already know this, but more confirmation nonetheless.
