    May have already been noted here (if so, I apologize), but Chance Ruffin was
    moved up to the biggies --- now pitching relief for the Tigers.

    …now pitching for the Toledo Mud Hens. He was called up 7/25 and sent back down 7/29. Just a cup of coffee for now but I’m sure he’ll be back in Sept.
