Kevin Spacey in "Horrible Bosses" especially, but also Jennifer Aniston, Jamie Foxx, Julie Bowen, Donald Sutherland, Bob Newhart and Colin Farrell Of course, Jason Sudeikis, Jason Bateman and Charlie Day were perfectly cast too. And complimentarily well-cast also.
I watched "Affliction" the other night,a Paul Schrader film, and Nick Nolte was perfect casting as a small town lawman whose life unravels into madness. An excellent film I highly recommend.
Didn't like either Hackman, nor Spacey as Lex Luthor. Michael Rosenbaum did a much better job as Luthor in Smallville.
Javier Bardem as Anton Chigurh in No Country For Old Men Jimmy Stewart in It's a Wonderful Life Kevin Spacey in American Beauty
Shaw was great in "Jaws," but I thought Richard Dreyfuss was equally good as Matt Hooper. Totally believable.
Morgan Freeman as Nelson Mandela in Invictus. The producers must been like "It's Morgan Freeman, or we don't bother making the movie."
I've seen Gregory Peck mentioned a couple of times. I thought he was perfectly cast as: Atticus Finch
Meryl Streep in Sophie's Choice ---- one of the best acting performances I have ever seen. Her German was perfect in that movie.
