pretty sure this guy was on the texas radar for a while as a possibility to receive a scholarship offer. he didnt end up getting one, so he committed to utah. turns out he's almost 20 years old UIL says that kids have to be under 19 to play HS football. odd odd story.
I would think that he had to have repeated more than one year to be that old. Now come on, who doesn't think there's a little lying going on?
