Our cheering won't make a difference and OU ought to win big, but seriously, it is much worse for Texas if OU wins this game. You really want to rely on either Baylor (ha!), Okie State and that 8 year losing streak, or the BCS which have already proven to be OU's greatest ally, to prevent them from having yet another shot at a championship?
I never...and I mean NEVER pull for the hermaphrodites from Zero U. Not in bowl games, not against aggie, not against nobody.
Aggie's relevance has been sparked by their departure for reasons that are typical Aggie. Are they Relevant... well their record no longer indicates it since this was to be the best team in the last .... we'll at least 12 years. The bar was raised high on this one. The Ag's were supposed to contend for a Big12 title but as usual... the are putting themselves out of possition. I can't pull for OU at all unless it benefited us in some way and even then I wouldn't be happy with them winning. OU is more than likely going to squash A&M and that will be loss number 4. The joy I could take form an Aggie victory is that OU would be almost complexity out of a national title opportunity. What's worth more to me is not seeing OU get a shot at a BCS title no matter what. So... I would say that the Aggies wining would fulfill one desire that is meaningful. An Aggie loss would provide me with humor but its nothing new. I have gotten use to the Aggies losing year in and year out. Besides they are no longer part of our Conference once the season is over so it will mean less. I might still chuckle when they are in the SEC and they lose but it won't be the same. I am sure some Aggie will say that they have beaten Texas "X" times and I guess that gives them relevance but the over all record is what I look at when it comes to the Aggies.

OU.... not even close. Aggy has lost all respect with me. Last year and every other previous year, I would have pulled for the farmers. Never again will I pull for those SEC doormats.
I don't know.. It's a no win situation. One of them has to come out the victor. Hell i guess with the departure of the Aggies ill kind of look at pulling ugh for the Crimson. In a low scoring crap game where neither team looks good.
Just hope they play for a 0-0 Tie in 3 overtimes. No one wins, and OU is completely out of the MNC game.
Never, never, never root for OU. Nothing good EVER comes from an OU victory for Texas. This is so simple; I am surprised folks have a hard time with this. Aggy has never been our rival. OU is.
Aggy is gone next year and of no matter to TEXAS. BUT OU will recruit better if they finish strong. now this hurts my fingertips to keyboard this BUT... let Aggy take a close one over OU... and then we TEXAS can gut the aggy dreams later on this year.. aggy by one point with tons of players who can not play after this game...
I'm pulling for the sinkhole. But never pull for OU under any circumstances. This year is harder, but once the game starts I won't be able to pull for OU. Didn't pull for them in 03 or 08, and not going to now.

The one and only reason OU hasn't bolted the conference as well is that the PAC didn't want them sans Texas. Hook'em aggies Jeez I feel dirty now. Time for a shower.
I gotta root for the Texas team this time. I don't want OU to win another B12 championship or, heaven forbid, get in the MNC game. A loss to anybody would go a long way towards achieving that.
An a&m win would just about give osu the title and it would be funney to see paper clip have two loses already, when they were assured a slot in the title game just a couple of week ago. Then again the aggies were a top 10 team a few weeks ago and they are imploding. Not rooting for either, but the consequences will be fun for the loser.
i don't particularly care for oklahoma, but do have a modicum of respect for their program. aggy, on the other hand, is loathsome and i wish nothing but bad on it (aggy). is it possible to be indifferent if ou wins, yet happy when aggy loses?
