Strange year

    I can't remeber the last time i truly had no grasp on a Texas team. Meaning what to expect week in and week out. Take this team from day one to know. Have they had a drastic improvement? I think this week will be the true tale of where this team is at. And it can't be overstated how important this game is. Good luck Horns and put a whoop *** on the Raiders.. [​IMG]

    One thing I am sure of after today's game, this team is getting to be fun to watch. It's nice to have last year's malaise in the rearview mirror. Plenty of work left to do, but we're starting to look like Texas again. [​IMG]

    I'm holding on for a 10-2 regular season finish and a major bowl with a January date. My target for now is Fri, January 6, Cotton Bowl in Arlington. Finish 11-2 with a bowl win, suits me fine.

    Then... finish out the recruiting class and get through spring training without a hitch... then look out!!!
