I am pretty sure the owners, who can reset the site, were traveling from the game last night when it was down. Likely got messages about it being down at a layover or something and made a call. But, whoever reset it did not do all the way or it did not catch. That is why one forum is down still and the others are not. There was nothing I could see nor volume enough for it to stay down so it's a glitch to my best educated guess.
If you are talking about mine, it's not an update, just speculation from experience in the past. It's more a matter of they don't know or somebody at the end of their phone call did not do what they were supposed to and get it up the right way. It being the site, of course. NO SEX AT ALL
How are Mack, Manny, Bryan, and Major going to break down yesterday's game without reading input from HornFans posters? I can see Mack at his desk right now (late Sunday morning), coffee cup in one hand, tapping fingers on his desk, staring at his monitor.......waiting.....wondering......hoping......
The owners were at the Holiday Inn in Columbia last night with a bunch of others clad in burnt orange -- watching the aggies self-destruct. We took an early flight back, so they may not yet be back home.
And they likely made the call to have the site reset in between flights or when there was service. But they don't know that a forum, the main forum, did not make it.
Since only the big forums are down maybe they are out of space and whoever is maintaining it is waiting for $ or authorization. Maybe they are on their own separate storage that is tapped out. Or there could be a database/backup problem and they couldn't restore them properly.
im not shocked it melted down, this is the only site ive ever been to that cant handle the traffic of more than 100 people.
