Let Case pass let David run (the Wildcat)

It should be pretty obvious that, even with Brown and Bergeron back, the Texas offense continues to struggle with Ash as QB because he is unable to sustain drives with his arm. I suppose Ash will improve next season, but in order for the Longhorns to win their next two games, the offense has to improve RIGHT NOW.

Even though Case over/under threw some balls today, the fact is that he doesn't throw picks. Whether Case is just lucky or is the recipient of divine intervention, the fact is he has never thrown an INT and throws more TD passes per attempt. David started the season running the Wildcat, but Fozzy took over that role when David became the starting QB.

I say it's time to let Case start the last two games of the season and let David go back to running the Wildcat. This will allow each guy to do what he does best and provides Harsin the opportunity to run a much wider variety of plays.

Yeah, it seems like our offense didn't suck quite as much when Ash only came in as a change-of-pace type QB and ran his little package of plays. Other than Tech and KU, we've struggled on offense ever since Ash became the "starter" and took most/all the snaps.

No thanks. Ash isn't even a good runner. At least Case got a 1st down on his QB sneak. Ash is not the answer.
