I am at that point where my friends want to eat my briskets when I cook them, and I need to find a good quality carry case which will keep them warm after I have pulled them off the pit. I have tried an insulated grocery reusable bag, but the plastic melts. Any suggestions?

a hard plastic insulated cooler just big enough to hold the cooked brisket is what i use.

A cooler is ideal as mentioned above, but an old sleeping bag works great too (either inside the cooler or without it).

I've always used a metal turkey pan.

    Here is my method.

Put a towel at the bottom of a styrofoam cooler that is dedicated only for bbq.

Put the brisket into a turkey bag and put in the cooler.

    Pile towels on top.

It will stay hot for hours. And is easy to transport.
