Watching it in Oklahoma as I type this on the U300 package (which is where all the Fox Sports channels are). Call them up for a quick install or find bars/friends that have UVerse. If you have Uverse, do a hard reset and it will appear.
Just set it up to tape the game manana! Hopefully the rest of the dominoes will fall quickly although Time Warner always seems late to the dance.
Yes, this is great. Do the hard reset, press the menu button, go to options and reset. YES, it works!!!!
So what package do you need to get this? I live in Memphis and have U200. 1609 appeared today, but with a "No Information" message.
Holy ****, it's on my TV right now. I'm moving in a month and my new house isn't serviced by UVerse. At least I'll get to see LHN for a while. Maybe others will follow soon.
From what I have gathered, if you're outside of Texas you'll need the U300 package; within Texas either the U100 or 200
GREAT NEWS - thanks for the tips guys... working from home today so I will go try this in few minutes!!
That's 1 giant reset for BurntOrangeGuy. One giant leap for LONGHORN NETWORK! HOOK 'EM FROM SAVANNAH, TX
I had a hunch at the beginning of the year that ATT U-Verse might pick it up....I'm glad I made the switch from Comcast, because I have LHN on my TV now here in Nashville!!!!!!!
Man i never thought U-Verse would be THE carrier to pick it up first!!! Now that DTV, Dish, Comcast and TWC see their customer base begin to drop they may get off their asses and do something about it!!! So glad today is a half work day!!!

OK I want to give props to AT&T on this. We switched from Comcast to U-verse a couple months ago because they had a good promotion going on, saving me some money on cable + internet. I have been satisfied with their service, and now they roll out LHN to boot. Well done, AT&T.
One of the (many) good things is that they located LHN at 1609, up where all the ESPN channels are (between ESPN2 and NFLHD), and not buried among all of the Fox Sports channels. Of course, I have it Favorited, but it's nice not to have to dig for it....and it's up there in a high-traffic area for all the world to see.
A friend said Uverse has LHN on channel 2725. (Something tells me he was kidding.) My install appointment is early next week. Sweet! Less than a week to go and then I'm done with TWC for at least the next 20 years. That was my promise to whoever picked it up first.
Confirmed.... Couldn't wait till lunch so I went home to get a glimpse of Bigfoot, Nessie, and the Chupacabra.
