    Still not a fan of Obamacare, but this is a rather huge concession by the White House. I don't know if this is 1) a sincere sign of bipartisan leadership and trying to reach across the aisle or 2) he's heading off the SCOTUS hammer before it can come down.

    Can't wait to hear what Sandra Fluke thinks....actually I can.

    Although it will be spun that this is a good-will gesture, I think the other posters are onto the real motive. I can't recall Pres. backtracking on much that he's already pushed through.

    How is he able to give exemptions without amending the law? Seems to me that would be grounds for challenging the law?
