I'm not sure where he's going to play, but Raulerson is going to be a force for good. From all I've heard, the kid is competitive and a player. He committed so long ago that you don't hear about him much about him now. My bet is he plays a utility role in the OL as a true Frosh, then spends three years starting at left tackle, then makes big money in the NFL.
Also appreciated that he was the de facto ambassador of the class. He will represent The University well.
He's definitely going to need a RS year if he's going to be playing on the O Line. I think he's projected as a center too if the staff is leaning in that direction.
No clear cut fave, so I'm movin on to 2014 & NO DOUBT J Heard. My fave for the past several years. HOOK 'EM, Texdoc
Definetly Raulerson. He commited early. Stuck with us through thick and thin. He tried to recruit others to UT. They should all be like him.
Celina kids are tough. Program wins year in year out. And as a Lake Highlands grad of 78, Kent Perkins baby. Kid looks ready now. Hope to see him on the field next year.
Cant choose just one.... The whole OL, I am predicing Gray running behind the best line in the country in 2 years. Raulerson (if he plays OL), James, Perkins, Harrisson, and Hammad As for next year... the one that hasnt commited yet Tony Brown.
Just listened to Mack's presser. He said Raulerson will start on the OL but did not specify position. He also said Darius James, Top Ranked Center, will NOT start at Center. So I am guessing Raulerson may work at Center.
Robinson? Oops. Switched to Bama. Hicks? Oops, switched to TCU. Hall? aggy. Smythe? ND. Nice job, Mack.
Hammad was more of a late bloomer that many added to their lists after he tore up the all-star game. I don't think he was an add on after Texas missed on an OL target. I have no idea on the recruiting history of Meander but he seemed to come out of the blue.
So, if Mack isnt going to hold scholies for commits that continue to look around, does that mean he will not pursue kids committed to other schools!???
