Ash out, in Ames at night. Perfect setting for a trap game.

Not tonight though as Horns win a tough one.

Gonna change my "Horns by 30" prediction since Ash is out. I now say Horns by 17.

I wish I could be a bit more optimistic. ISU lost a lot to graduation. If that isn't bad enough, we have been pretty banged up to start the season. I can only hope we are healthy enough and the young players improve enough to keep it interesting. I don't generally make predictions, but if ISU can keep it close I will be surprised.

Not a prediction but Mack was just on the news reminding everyone how Iowa St beat Ok St a couple of years and ruin the national championship picture. [IMG]

Texas wins this one. Don't care by how much because it is the game after this that matters.

You know, I used to hate that about Mack Brown when I was in school.

I remember once during the OU Rally, he came up to the podium to speak. (We were 3 losses into our 5 game losing streak to OU).

He reminded the students "Rememeber, we are playing a really good Oklahoma team". (Boos followed)

WTF?!?!?! It's a pep-rally dude! And your team is right behind you.

Non-the-less, we got destroyed 64-13 or something like that......

Now Mack goes and reminds everyone about ISU upsetting OSU. Good lord.

toss up. Program doesn't instill much confidence no matter who they play.

With Ash out and various other players on the UT offense gimpy, I think it will be a low scoring game. Hopefully the defense continues to improve.

Looks like rain tonight in Ames. A rainy October night game broadcast on ESPN on a day other than Saturday…hmm...now what does that remind me of...hmm...oh yeah, this

We roll. 51-17. We are pregame party RiGHT NOW as there was no more work going to get done today. The score prediction will most likely increase to 57-10 in about an hour. Ha!

Texas stays heavy on the ground where ISU is very vulnerable. Gonna be an ugly one with less scoring fireworks than we are used to...good or bad fireworks.

I'll say Horns 31, Clones 20. Good spot for the defense and OL to gather a little more confidence. Wouldn't expect a trap...bye week, recent beatdowns, and Robinson's watchful eye on defense should keep our minds' focused.

I would guess Texas by a TD, but BevoJoe is right, this one is tough to predict.

I really hope we get to see Swoopes. We may need him in some capacity next week and it's better he get his feet wet tonight.
