I don't remember anything quite like this on a Thursday night. On November 7th, we have #13 OU vs. #5 Baylor at 6:30 (FS1 network), and #2 Oregon vs. #6 Stanford at 8:00 (ESPN). Is it bowl season already?
Interesting, since according to the Aggie posters to the Dallas News sports pages, and some Longhorn posters on Hornfans, Thursday night games are a sure mark of desperation for teams struggling to get their names out for recognition.
That is amazing for a Thursday night. This is why you need at least 2 TVs in your living room. I wouldn't miss either of those games.
I'm going to Floyd Casey to watch Baylor beat OU. I lived in Waco for 7 years and my father in law is an alum with a free ticket for me. I may even rush the field with him again wearing Burnt Orange. I guess I'll record the Oregon game.
I don't have two TVs in the same room, but I do use the PiP on my big screen when there's two good games on simultaneously.
I expect the Ducks to clobber Stanford, but the OU game could be a little more interesting. If Bell plays like he did against the Horns and the early part of the Tech game, forget it. If he settles down and leads the team as he did later against Tech, they have a shot. Baylor doesn't have a lot of experience as an undefeated MNC contender. That's a lot of pressure. Right, Missouri?
