Of course the first thing you see is some idiot from ASU doing the upside down [IMG]

My favorite part is when the defense starts the Rudy chant later in the game. [IMG]

Tamster, that is excellent, and very in depth analysis.
I know I speak for everyone on this board in thanking you for pointing out that the 2013 Arizona St. Team would stomp us.
    In your expert opinion.
Of course you predicted we would mud hole OU too as well.

Was that the "poor Chris" game when Mack's son-in-law came off the sideline and touched a 'live' ball? [IMG]

    And he didn't touch it.

I don't think he touched it either. However it was pretty stupid of him to be out on the field with a live ball within reaching distance which is why I think they reversed the call.

I just didn't understand why the call wiped out a fumble that happened before the "touching", seems like a rules loophole that isn't closed because it's so incredibly rare. A more sensible punishment for being on the field like that would have been Texas to keep the recovery but be backed up 15 yards from the end point of the play. Or even ASU getting recovery of the football at the spot of the "touching" (since at that point nobody had recovered it, and the rule for non-recovered fumbles in all but one other situations is "goes back to the offense at the spot least favorable to them") and then getting 15 yards, rather than the penalty being measured from the spot of the sack.

I think ASU kept the ball because the touch happened before Texas gained possession and it was considered an unsportsmanlike penalty. Luckily for him, it didn't cost Texas the game. It just made him the butt of jokes for awhile.

You never know givien the match ups.
I don't think the ASU team I saw tonight mops the floor with to many teams in our league.
    But again, you never know.
