I've gone through the entire channel guide on TW and can't find where our game will be shown. Are we not on TV today?

The game is on The Big 12 Network (and I think ESPN3 online also). The following link has a listing of local area affiliates in the "Big 12 Network Station Clearance List" link.

I don't know how up to date and accurate it is.

I really don't want to jinx us with about 9 minutes of gametime left so I'll just say [IMG] [IMG]

We're actually shooting FTs pretty well this game.

ISU getting hot, they've trimmed a 12 or 13 point game down to 5 with 1:30 to go. We've also gone cold without Holmes; I'm not sure why he's still sitting.

Cyclones didn't really need to foul there with 1:15 still left, but I'll take it.

Did we really need the OV-ER-RA-TED chant there? [IMG]

Whatever, I'll take the win. [IMG]

Huge win that makes up somewhat for OU loss. Texas needs a path to 9 wins in conference and a first round Big XII tourny win to get to the dance. Today's win makes that path to nine a little easier. [IMG]

Per the box only 8 turnovers, the best showing in a long time, particularly against a quality opponent. Also, good FT shooting again.

The clear knock on this team is the FG% of the guards. In many games it is abysmal and it was today - 9 for 38 per the ESPN box score. Overcome by good defense (9 blocks and 14 ISU turnovers).

If just two guards could take 10 to 12 shots total and hit 50% or better, it would make life much easier for the Horns.

Hopefully the guard FG shooting will improve. There's some decent shooters on this team and they should be able to hit a reasonable percentage of their shots IF they get good looks.

On the upside, the team is hitting around 80% from the FT line the past two games with some big ones down the stretch and that is a very good sign.

Those soft mid-range jump shots seem to lead to offensive rebounds and tip-ins, so the shooting percentage by the guards alone is somewhat misleading.

What concerns me more is a very average accuracy from behind the arc. We rarely get offensive rebounds on missed 3-point shots. So, no second chance points on those. I'm rooting for Walker and Croaker to develop accuracy and consistency on their 3-point shots. If so, the sky is the limit for this team.
