This first quarter reminds me that defensive holding / illegal contact should not be an automatic first down.

Terrence Williams with a TD that looked almost like a clone of his TD last week.

Packers DB's looking flat footed on that play.

Dammit Bailey. Two chances and he misses them both.

Dez Bryant. Holy Crap. That's a catch.

Great effort by Dez but there is no way that's a catch.

Bad call. He went down as he was taking his THIRD step. He was no longer in the act of catching the ball.

Seriously? He was falling down after out jumping the defender. Those 3 steps came as he was falling to the ground.

Dez being Dez trying for more should have tucked the ball. Maybe a bad call but he just should have protected the ball.

    OleHornFan,
I agree about his needing to tuck that ball away at the end. That was huge.

At any rate, definite improvement this year. Now, Boys need to take the couple of steps next year and get to the superbowl.

How is running for five additional yards with clear possession not making a "football move" ?

Isn't reaching for the endzone as you go down a "football" move--after you have already established clear control of the ball? Yes, it is.

That's a catch in every game I've ever seen.

This is pure anti-Cowboy politics because of the disputed call last week.

That was a devastating and unfair way to lose--in my opinion.

He had clearly secured the ball. He took steps and dove for the end zone trying to make a TD. the BS "catch" rules should not have been applied in this case

You're right VY, 2 feet down after the bobble (due to defender hitting the ball), then a stretch for the goal-line. Not an easy call, but no reason to overturn it. Tough way to go out.

That was a touchdown if anything. Unbelievable they can overturn that.

Replay should only overturn really bad calls. All the additional rules really took away a touchdown away from Dallas.

I think the refs in the booth just weren't going to give Dallas another close call & have to deal with it again.

The credibility of the League is eroding right before our eyes. What a joke. And, I just love the NFL apologist Pereira. Dude, believe your two eyes. OMG.

What about the missed call of the ball that hit the ground in the first half? Geez.

Think about this: If that wasn't a catch than what if he had taken five steps, then had the ball pop up when he hit the ground? Would that have been a catch? Or does it now take ten steps? Apparently three step was selectively not enough...today.

That call was a travesty and a joke. When the officiating should be the best of the year, it is the worst.

Running for 5 yards? That's a pretty black/white case of the catch rule. Falling to the ground after making the catch in the air. Bryant should have been focused on securing the catch not a TD. That's on him.
