If he graduates, he would not have to sit out a year. Graduate student transfers have that rule waived.
Right now all three quarterbacks are enjoying winning a well-earned national championship, but the fact remains: only one or two of those quarterbacks will see action this year (unless injuries occur). The one or two left out will be warming the bench. Ohio State has too much quarterback talent to sit. As the start of the season gets closer, it wouldn't shock me to see one of the three announce his transfer.
Experience wise he could be seen as lacking and that would be an accurate assessment. A team like Dallas would make sense in that he would not have the pressure to come in and need to start right away. He could be given that chance to sit and learn as a project with tons of potential. He would almost certainly not be a top 25 pick. May even fall to the second round or beyond. Would that be worth coming out in the draft for? I think he has family concerns or kids, right? What does he learn in one year possibly sitting on the bench with coaches waiting for any small error from a QB to bring another in?
Sharky, no doubt, enjoy it. And here is to having what some see as a problem but really is a blessing. These dudes love being there and I think it is fair to say that you guys are not going into the season worried about QB. No siree. Hope all is well in Belton, compadre.
I hear that! There is this glowing thing hovering around in the sky that gives off warmth. I forget what it is called but that may help with the Tennis too. I thought it was already decided he was staying. I believe he's stated he will but I guess you don't know till they announce, eh?! He seems like a great kid so I do hope if he goes he gets to the right program. Not Cleveland or somebody like that.
