Jumped in the toilet today, pre-potty though so I got that going. It is now recovering in a tupperware of rice. Thoughts & prayers.
Me thinks you were very lucky if it continues to work. My own experiences with electronic devices and water have all been bad
@dang-str8 @WorsterMan Very lucky so far. It's been working all day. It was submerged for maybe two seconds at most, and I immediately powered it off and hit the bottom of it for a few minutes with my wife's blow dryer, then stuck it in the rice overnight. Fired it up this morning and was a little surprised but very happy it was working. I know it's not just a "phone" -- it's a little computer, but my first thought yesterday was "I just put an $800 phone in the crapper!"
