I don't understand people sometimes. Last Sunday a guy drove to our house from across town to give us a quote on painting some rooms. I showed what we needed done, we agreed on a price, and he said he would be here Tuesday morning at 8:30. He never came. He texted me the next day and said there was a "misunderstanding" and if I had not found another painter he could come do it because "I ain't got nothing going on the rest of the week." I think I know why he ain't got nothing going on. Wednesday of this week, another painter comes out, we walk through the house, agree on a price and he said he would be here this morning at 7:00 to get started. It's 9 AM now and I haven't heard from him. Texted him a couple times already and left a voicemail. Nothing. WTF people. Does anyone want to work?
Sorry to hear about it. On the bright side, at least they flaked out before starting the job rather than in the middle. Maybe an away game horn fans painting/game watch party for some expert painters in the bunch?
