ou (1-2) @ TCU (3-1)

    WorsterMan SEC here we come!!

Former highly preseason ranked ou rolls into Amon G. Carter Stadium on Sat. still licking their wounds from losses to UH & tOSU.

This game could be a slugfest but I suspect the Toads will prevail in a close one. If so, Big Game Bob will leave Fort Worth with a 1-3 record and next week limp back to Dallas to face UT at 1-3.

If they lose, all week the sooner fans will lament the team results so far, is it time to fire BGB, speculate about going after Art Briles, etc. But at the same time many of them will beat their chests they can beat Texas and still save their season.

What is your prediction for this game?

Agree TCU should win. If TCU does win, the Texas game on 08 October could be the biggest game in Stoops history at ou. That is what scares me even before we see the Texas D effort (or non-effort) against OSU.

I don’t know enough about either to try and predict this one.

In OU’s defense (sorry) their two losses are against teams that could easily end up in the playoffs, possibly both being undefeated when they get there. OU is not as bad as their record looks this early in the season.

I think the frogs prevail in a close one. Oh, say...by 7 or less.

I agree they are better than their record and will be surprised if they don't pull off the surprise win over the Frogs. I'm thinking Urban has a strong team this year and OU will be bringing a fiery defense into the Cotton Bowl.

TCU has proven little so far with wins over South Dakota St., Iowa St., and SMU. Then there's the loss to Arky.

OU has a 42-point blowout over scrub LA Monroe and two losses to Top 6 teams.

IMHO, OU wins this one by more than a FG.

IMO, it's too close to call. OU does appear to have some problems on defense, and if so, TCU can certainly exploit that and score some points. The TCU defense is still an unknown.

I think OU wins. Houston and Ohio State are legit.

No doubt those two are legit, but both schooled ou to the point we really don't know what ou has.

Think OU wins this one. Just not sold on TCU without a great QB. Baker finally settles down as TCU loads the box to stop the run.

A 2-2 Texas and looks like a 1-3 OU next week is just shameful we deserve to be on fs1 and not on abc

Right now ou's defense looks as inept as Texas'. Only difference ou broke their no interception tag.
