Austin Happy Hour

Anybody have a good spot for Happy Hour down South by 71 and 290? We usually do our happy hours up in the 183/mopac area (Bone Daddy's, Sam's Boat, etc.) but need to move it down south due to folks coming in from out of town for our golf tournament at Circle C.

You might try the New Nuevo Leon it's

5900 West Slaughter Lane, Basically at the entrance to the Circle C neighborhood at Slaughter and Escarpment, on the west end next to the bank with a Deck facing Slaughter.

unpainted...my mind was veering toward the happy hour standbys over the last year or so. i've been by your place a couple times in the last week or so and i like it - had a blast on saturday night.

There's Boomerz in the strip center behind the KFC. It's probably one of the few true bars left in Oak Hill.

The new Opal Devines is very nice.

 

There's also the Waterloo Icehouse near Circle C.

 

Can I get more info on J Blacks? I could not find much online.
