    No confidence
    Not enough positive visualization
    Afraid to make mistakes
    Too much negative visualization
In any order, one leads to the other
No true leader of leadership on the field or sidelines

Today's game follows recurring theme for this season. Its unusual to see a team that can consistently look as inept and clueless as they do at times, and soon afterwards display the talent, speed, and effectiveness that can be special. Teams typically are one or the other, but not both, not the jekyl hyde thing going on here. Not over two seasons.

That's why its so annoying to watch them. I'm past anger.

Certainly, its "bad" football. But the teams play is symptomatic, and is not indicative of the problem, which is resulting in bad, losing football. Everyone on the roster has been associated with a high level of success either playing or coaching football. Nobody has forgotten, or become bad physically. The DB's are good example, Kyle Porter may be the best example. Or Malik, who has lost any sense of motivation.

This team does not seem to have a sense of the natural flow, or critical points of a game. The more critical the situation, the more confused everybody looks. Which for the individuals demonstrated level of prior athletic success makes it so unusual.

Chaotic, unorganized firedrill leading up the missed field goal. Opportunity to take a positive, proactive TO to help ensure a desired result. Instead using them in a negative avoidance, reactive measure as the clock is expiring.

Not interested in having another year sacrificed in order for a new HC to get here, put his imprint on the team, etc. The talent is already here. Don't need to form a committee, instead go find someone ready to take advantage of a special opportunity. If a move is going to be made, now is the time. Being in Austin and taking the reins ASAP should be required. It certainly whittles the possibilities.

It seems as though the desperation of Charlie and the coaching staff to win has been transferred to the players. They're so afraid that they might lose, they're constantly making mistakes and forming a self-fulfilling prophesy.
They're so scared that they might lose the game, they're scaring themselves out of winning.
