    10 yard cushion
    no pressure
isolations on linebackers playing on their heels.
Strong Safety playing back in the wheat field next to the stadium.

I might be able to handle that as a QB.

I dread playing Mahomes in Lubbuck in two weeks. He is going to be guilty of crimes against humanity against our defense.

I think I'm inspired to start a related string...

I'd be shocked if Tech can improve upon what they did in Lubbock last night, but I have to think that our defense (or lack thereof) will make it pretty easy for them to score when they feel it's required.

Didn't know we had one. Looks more like a bunch of laundry blowing in the breeze.

Yep. I believe right now that Tech will hang 70+ on us if they have the opportunity.

    Joe,

Ever think that Kingsbury has already perused the record books to see the most points ever scored on a Longhorn team?

Another quarterback with a leg brace that we made look like a Heisman candidate and this goes back to Jason White as well....

After watching Alabama played the biggest difference that I see and it is pretty big....we react they cause havoc......

I know we can't tackle, we take bad angles, we have people playing out of position, poorly coached and can't stay onsides.......

It is the age old react to what they are doing vs. forcing them to do what you want!!!! Ok my rant for the week is over.......I have many more......

    "Texas Defense" is an oxymoron

I heard a relevant quote on an NFL show today that went something like this..."if you want to be considered a good head coach, your team better at least be good at your specialty".

Strong's pedigree was defense, our defense has been atrocious in Year 2 & 3.

Since he certainly lacks competent game management skills, CS adds nothing to the equation on Saturdays without a shred of good defense.

His first year defense was loaded with NFL players left over from who was the coach.....
