Wonder what the future holds Kendal Briles. Can't imagine Rhule keeping any of the current staff at Baylor- needs to clean that mess up. Any lower level opportunities back at the 40 acres for this former Horn? I know that the Briles name is toxic right now and also remember when he left here to play for his dad at Cougar High that things were tepid between Mack and art briles. But I do think he has great offensive mind that he picked up from the years with his dad. Flame away.
Kendall is a great offensive mind and will make a great addition to some staff. Wouldn't surprise me to see him assistant Saban or Kiffin (either at LSU or Bama), even OU if Linc leaves. If we are to hire anyone from Baylor, I would like to get Beau Trahan to return. Fan favorite, well connected to HS coaches, and no one (especially HS coaches) will ever forget what his dad did at CyFair against Temple. Pure genius, or some would say Les Miles before we knew who Les Miles was. It worked!
I would wait for all the info from the lawsuits to come out before looking to hire anyone from Baylor. In no way do I believe the assistant's hands were clean, especially not Art's son.
Kendall was probably the conduit between Art and the remainder of the staff. That way Art can claim "I know nothing".
