Low carb goodness. Eggs (fried in coconut oil) and sausage from the local farmers market. Homemade whipped cream sweetened with a little Stevia.
First of all, no one has added their Breakfast posts. That's just not right. I'll have to add mine another day because it's almost midnight, but by-golly!, I will! Got to love the crunchy/runny yoke eggs. Sausage looks a little over-cooked but what the hell. That sissy fruit **** has got to go though. Maybe some refried beans with butter and sour cream or biscuit with gravy. Just drink some red wine later to balance out the heart. It's all good.
