Tom Herman and his staff hosted players and their families for a welcome back lunch on Monday before spring semester started.
Remember at Herman's introductory press conference when he said the messaging has to be aligned? So far I am hearing the exact same message from him at every one of his events. The price of championships is high. The work is very, very hard. We will demand more than you think you can give. You will be better players, husbands, fathers, employees because you went through our program. You must trust the process, you must trust the coaches. You will be loved. Very consistent messaging, and I like it.
