The information released or claimed in this filing (one side only, of course), assuming it is generally true, is very damaging to Briles. I assume they wouldn't quote directly all these texts if they weren't looking at them.
The other side most likely has enough evidence to prove what they are saying is true. Art the Fart doesn't want the truth about the depth and width of his involvement out in the public.
To me the texts are the smoking gun for this whole sordid chapter in Bailer football. Briles knew everything, so did the other coaches around him. They let it go on-and-on to feed the beast and took action along the way to keep it minimized or covered up.
Worster: you are correct. Those, if they can be proven to be valid and admissible which I believe they are and would be, not only show he had knowledge, but also his view/opinion of what his players doing. The man and I'll add in assistants should never coach at the college level again. The women assaulted have to carry the burden of what happened to them for the rest of their lives, only equitable is those coaches who are responsible should be banished from coaching and carry the stigma for the rest of their lives.
