    This is like the fields at the big league dreams complex they have in league city where my son plays select ball....it looks great for the first couple of years but after that its starting to look like crap....i was shocked to see how well they slid on it though....its still really fast...at those complexes the IF was the field turf but the OF was real grass

    I am sure this stuff is better than the big league dreams stuff....the most annoying thing were the little black pieces of rubber that end up in your shoes......also the stuff gives off a strong rubber odor on hot days.... [​IMG]

    I still can't get over the fact that there is no dirt. I can look past the field turf for the most part, but no dirt around the bases and home plate???

    Why even have dirt on the pitcher's mound? Wouldn't it be easier to just stand on a toilet seat?

    OU doesn't have dirt at all, not even on mound.

    I am not a fan of the brown colored turf around the bases. I don't mind it being turf, but the color should look more like the actual dirt around the mound, IMO.
