    Yea, but the difference with my plan is the player would enter and go through the draft (without signing an agent). Then, if he goes undrafted, he can rejoin the college team. Under the current rule, once the player crosses the date line and formally declares, he is done, whether he gets drafted or not. I say take it one more level and allow him to be in the draft. If he gets drafted, he loses his college amateur eligibility and the NBA teams owns his rights. If he does not get drafted, then he still has his college eligibility. Seems harmless to me!

    I get the difference but either way the best players are playing college ball 1 year.
