Best pipes of the grunge era bands.

One of the best vocalists of his generation. His range was epic.

One of my favorites, his acoustic cover of Billy Jean.

Layne Staley of Alice in Chains was up there as well, another amazing vocalist.

I worked security for many of these concerts while at U of Washington in the early/mid 90's. I feel blessed to have worked the "wall" for virtually all the grunge bands at one point or another.

Lolla '92, as the kids say these days was "epic". Caught it outside Houston; day before was Metallica/GNR with Faith No More opening. That was one helluva weekend.
