I've got to say that I'm a little disappointed that I didn't wake up this morning with another top notch recruit committing. I must be getting spoiled lately.
LSU boards seem to be conceding Rafiti Ghirmai to us 4-star OT from Frisco (6'4,290) http://247sports.com/Player/Rafiti-Ghirmai-46036674
Are we sure we want this kid? Look at that offer list. How many national championships have those schools won over the last 20 years?
IT also thinks we will get a commitment soon -- "at least one commitment over the next handful of days, but potentially more." We do have a visitor now. And there have been 8 CBs of this player to Texas in the last 3 days, the most recent being by Demetric Warren
Crystal balls since 5/30. 2 five-stars (as of now), 7 four-stars. Momentum is a helluva thing, and I see it getting stronger after Monday, especially if Adeoye commits. Ayodele Adeoye - 8 (3 national guys) side note: %#*+ yes! BJ Foster - 2 (making it 16/16 CB) Brennan Eagles - 2 (14/14 total) Jaylon Waddle - 2 (one from aggy site, last six to Texas including one from national guy) Malcom Epps - 1 (13/13 total) Al'vonte Woodard - 1 (10/10 total) Jalen Green - 1 (9/9 total; most recent since April) Sione Angilau Jr. - 1 (8/8 total) D'shawn Jamison - 1 (last CB was in April, to Texas by national guy)
The DB situation is getting interesting Nahlin says we are after two out-of-state DBs -- top-100 CB Brendan Radley-Hiles (orig from Las Vegas now at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL) and 4-star Georgia S Trey Dean. And that Dean is on campus now. We are also looking at some Houston DBs as well (given private workouts). http://247sports.com/Player/Trey-Dean-93550 http://247sports.com/Player/Brendan-Radley-Hiles-68479
This one and hopefully the one tomorrow are both big time. I can't wait to see where our class is ranked after these two sign (that is if Foster commits like I think he will.) HOOK'EM!!!
