Arabs have made ENORMOUS strides in the last 20 years with their homicide rate.

In just a few hours here awhile back (perhaps you heard about it), their body count made Caucasians' ... ah ... pale ... in comparison.

In typical liberal fashion, you expect the marginal cases (those whereby there truly are anti-black prejudicial/racial acts) apply to the at-large/every bad thing which has happened to a black person.

I wish I could have told my teachers to look up my facts when submitting my papers without adding sources. Would have made school a whole lot easier.

 

That's why google is a great thing. Look up the discriminatory practices that occur today with black people called redlining. Look up how white people wiped out the Native Americans. Look up how white people inflicted the most brutal form of slavery on black people called chattel slavery for over 500 years. Look up when slavery was abolished white people formed terrorist groups like the kkk to terrorize black people.

Look up how white people dropped two atomic bombs on Japan. Killing incredibly way more people than Muslims have ever killed that are non Muslim. Look up how republicans are trying to restrict black and latino people from voting. Again, those are just a few examples, but I have a feeling that if you really wanted to know you would have already looked them up.

 

You seem to be quite the presumptuous one with regard to race...not to mention presuming that everyone follows the same sky pilot as you.

And, just as a basic point that you continue to overlook...the constant picking of battles that include violence and the wearing of masks by antifa is NOT justified by what people of ANY color might have done even 50 years ago. Instead, leaning on that crutch is about the left doing their damndest to ensure that racial divides remain in place. It helps that demographic with playing the role of the victim...

First fact I see, I'll look it up.

I googled "Internet Troll" and it turns out those are people who visit message boards, say crazy stuff to get a reaction and never engage in actual dialog about an issue or support their views rationally. How about that, you're right! (Although I thought you said "read a book earlier? I'm suspecting that your version of "read a book" might be "click a link" but I could be wrong.)

So for the people who AREN'T internet trolls, the issue that shows up here is actually pretty substantial. Google has now become our "Encyclopedia Brittanica." Yes. I'm old enough to remember encyclopedias. I'm at peace with that.

Problem is, Google is only a search engine with an algorithm that shows you the closest match to your search term, and a big part of that is link popularity and "domain authority" of the website in question. None of that has anything to do with whether the information on that site is true or reliable. It just means a lot of people link to the site, it doesn't have a lot of spam-type characteristics, the content on the site is generally related in some way, and it's formatted properly with images, graphics and video. (All those things are attributes that help your site rank better - so there's some free SEO consulting for you.)

So basically, when we learn from Google, we do a search, we click almost exclusively on stuff we see on the first page, unless we can't find something that matches our search query pretty closely, and we call it "research." As a result, you get scholars like rattfatt who are armed with "facts" that must be true because when you put in a search query "why do white people suck," you can find plenty of sites that will say that.

In our age, that's called being "woke." And we're getting dumber by the hour.
