I sure hope we can return to a normal burnt orange helmet decal. I can't stand that shiny bass boat looking bright orange decal we have used the last couple years. That is all.
Be able to walk up to the line of scrimmage and knock people down, get first downs, score touchdowns, play defense, go to class, graduate, win games, don't hit women, no guns, then do WTF the helmet decal.
*hustle to the LOS .... graduate, win championships ... keep guns where they belong ... Change to brand/appearance should come only under one of two circumstances ... the current one is associated with poor performance overall or ... the future performance is going to be so much better no one will remember the former glory days with the former brand. I've issued this to my outfit ... to no avail, of course ... but the principle is the same and certainly applies to UT's football uniform. No ... I don't like "other color" attire. Burnt Orange and White! Period.
Get rid of the glossy decal. Every time I see it, I am reminded of the bowl game when it appeared on the helmets.
