This is why I don't get why we're not executing American ISIS recruiters and returned fighters once they are tried and convicted.

The group is the poster child for war crimes. Recruiting or aiding undeniable war criminals we are at war with should be a capital offense punishable by death, period.

At the very least it's the highest form of treason which should be punishable by death.

Punishment for these acts should not only be punitive, but should be terminally severe to proactively help prevent further occurrences.

Four female US tourists have been attacked with acid in Marseille's main train station. The women, all in their 20s, were sprayed with hydrochloric acid, which hit two of them in the face and the other two hospitalised with shock.

The attack took place at Saint-Charles station shortly after 11am on Sunday morning. Local media reported that it was carried out by a woman believed to be unknown to the holidaymakers, who were about to travel together to Paris.

The two women sprayed with acid in their faces are aged 20 and 21.......​

What I don't get is the Left's love affair with open immigration for Muslims when not only is it a national security issue IN OUR TIME but these types of Muslims are as fundamentalist and the Westboro Church, which we all know the Left abhors for a variety of reason. I am very aware of those on the Left who preach against Dominionism, Creationism and Rapturists especially in the atheist/secular community. What do they think Muslims bring to the table? It's so hypocritical and in my view, their stance on all of this is for one reason only; they are obsessed with impeaching Trump.

 

I think you might be confusing "open immigration of Muslims" with "carefully vetted immigration of Muslims." A person has to be thoroughly interviewed. Anything suspicious in the old country or new ... get 'em outta here. I just don't want to exclude physicians, scholars and other exceptionally talented people who pose little threat because of their country of origin.

I've made this argument over and over; it makes absolutely no sense that the Left has spent so much time fighting Trump on the immigration vetting plan. Muslims are more fundamentalist than the right-wing Christians that the Left warns us about ("Rapturists," "Dominionists," "Idiots" etc.). In my view the Muslim demographic couldn't be more diametrically opposite to the Liberal demographic than they are. But we know the real reason; it is the pursuit of power and the do not care what happens and to whom as long as they regain the Oval Office.
